Wesley Church was established by the Methodists in 1905 is now part of the Church of South India (CSI), Madras Diocese.

Every Sunday, at 3:30 pm (3:00 pm on the second Sunday of the month) members of the Chennai Mizo Welfare Association gather here for worship service. Non-members are most welcome and encouraged to attend.

The service may consist of a sharing session where members share their experiences with others, a praise & worship session where the majority of the session is devoted to praising the Lord, or a sermon from the pastors or other leaders.

After the service is over, tea is served and those gathered have time to share and socialise.
